    "Summarize and move on"

    Posted 2026-04-02

Pros: The summarization feature is useful to create a summary of long documents with clean and well-structured content without sacrificing important information. I have tried it with legal memos, earnings reports, and long email threads. It is accurate and concise.

Cons: Summaries of very technical documents sometimes oversimplify domain-specific terminology. An option to set a complexity level or audience type would keep the output appropriately detailed.

Overall: Having too much stuff to read in my inbox is a real problem. Reading through every attachment that is 10 pages long is not very feasible. Pasting long documents on use ai to get a summary back in less than a minute is saving me an hour every day.

"Gemini and Claude side by side"

    Posted 2026-04-02

Pros: Comparing gemini 2.0 flash and claude opus on the same prompt in the comparison view is beneficial, especially in terms of tone and structure. It’s easy to evaluate both since there’s zero friction in switching between the two.

Cons: The comparison view can compare two models at a time. It would be beneficial if it could compare three models at a time because it would help in evaluating more choices for a more informed decision.

Overall: When it comes to evaluating which model writes better for customers, it’s essential to compare the same prompt for different providers. The comparison view helped in seeing the difference in tone and structure within a matter of seconds.

    "Helped rethink our workflows"

    Posted 2026-04-02

Pros: Having different models in one place gave us a better understanding of how different AI models can approach the same prompt. This, in turn, led us to better prompt techniques and what model is best for what task.

Cons: There is no way to save or share prompt templates within the workspace. This is something that could greatly improve the way the tool is utilized by the entire team within the different departments.

Overall: Rolling this out across the department shifted how everyone approaches AI-assisted tasks. The variety of models encouraged experimentation and the shared workspace means everyone benefits from what others discover. A quiet but meaningful upgrade.

    "Voice input saves morning time"

    Posted 2026-04-02

Pros: Voice commands for dictation work surprisingly well. Spoke the text of the paragraph above, and it was transcribed correctly with punctuation. The combination of this feature with model selection makes the morning routine a hands-free affair.

Cons: One feature missing from voice commands currently is the ability to switch models by name. The ability to say "use Claude" instead of clicking the selector would complete the experience.

Overall: Morning commute time has been repurposed as work time. Voice dictation makes it easy to get ideas and rough drafts done in the car. When the desk is reached, everything is already in the chat and ready to go. Practical and genuinely time-efficient.

    "Deep research pulls real sources"

    Posted 2026-04-02

Pros: The deep research feature aggregates information from various sources and provides a structured summary with references. The generated text is much more suitable for reading and working with than a chatbot response. It is directly useful.

Cons: Source links provided include paywalled sources, which makes the references not very useful. Marking open-source sources would be incredibly valuable.

Overall: Background briefs on unfamiliar topics were a tedious process. Now, with a single prompt, I get a well-researched summary with key takeaways. use AI's research feature is the starting point for all my new project briefs.

    "Centralized and distraction free"

    Posted 2026-04-02

Pros: Everything lives in one clean workspace with no sidebars cluttered with upsells or distracting features. The focus remains on the chat and the tools. Model switching, file uploads, and history are all accessible but not in the way.

Cons: Chat threads cannot be put into folders or tags. When the history starts to accumulate, the only way to find a specific conversation from the past is to scroll through the unsorted list.

Overall: This simplicity in the design keeps the focus where it belongs. No clutter. No feature overwhelm. Just a clean workspace that does what it's supposed to do. The simplicity is what keeps bringing users back after weeks of use.

    "Image generation is solid"

    Posted 2026-04-02

Pros: The image generation feature was able to create clean images from the detailed prompts on the first try. I used it to create product mockup images and abstract images, and they both turned out great.

Cons: Generated images don't come with metadata or prompt history attached. Being able to revisit exactly what prompt produced a specific image would make iteration much smoother.

Overall: I needed to create some quick concept images for a pitch deck, and the image generation tool was able to help me without the need for a separate tool. It was great for internal presentations.

    "writing got significantly faster"

    Posted 2026-04-01

Pros: the improve writing feature has caught awkward phrasing and offered alternatives without sacrificing voice and tone. i've tested it on blog posts, internal memos, and even a cover letter, and each result came back much tighter.

Cons: the rewrite suggestions sometimes take a tone a bit too formal, and a style preference setting would be nice to keep them in line with the original voice.

Overall: writing posts for social media and newsletters takes me half the time now. the writing tools help clean up a rough draft in no time, and changing models for a second pass helps mix things up without having to start from scratch. real time-saver across the board.

    "Data analysis across models"

    Posted 2026-04-01

Pros: Uploaded a spreadsheet and used two different models to analyze the same set of data. One model had found different insights than the other. Analyzing both models side-by-side made it obvious that one of the models was better at handling the numbers.

Cons: Larger file uploads will timeout without an error message. A file size indicator would have saved some time on wasted uploads.

Overall: Used quarterly sales data to get quick turnaround analysis. Using gemini and GPT-4 back to back on the same set of data found patterns that one of the models had completely missed. This is now part of the quarterly reporting process.

    "Good foundation with rough edges"

    Posted 2026-04-01

Pros: The core experience is great. The multi-model access, clean UI, and fast responses cover all the basic needs. The model selection based on tasks helps new users determine what AI model to use. The unified workspace is a big plus for keeping all work centralized.

Cons: The onboarding process feels minimalist. A brief tour or tool tip system for explaining some of the main features would help new users get familiar with this tool more quickly instead of having to guess.

Overall: For general daily tasks, this works well, and having multiple models is a big plus. The interface is a bit rough in some areas, but it's not enough to detract from actual work being done. It's a solid tool, almost great with a few more patches.

    "Language support feels native"

    Posted 2026-03-17

Pros: Tested translations in French, Portuguese, and Korean and the outputs read like they were written by a native speaker. The 30+ language support is not just a feature checkbox here, the quality actually holds up under real use.

Cons: There's no auto-detect for the input language. Having to specify the language of the text before translation is an unnecessary step that could easily be done automatically.

Overall: Talking with international suppliers used to require using a translator and then fixing the output. Now it all happens in one chat, the text looks natural, and the responses are fast enough to use in a chat.

    "Reasoning models are sharp"

    Posted 2026-03-17

Pros: Advanced reasoning models can handle complex multi-step questions without breaking down. I tried a logic-heavy question that stumped other models, and the output here was well-structured, accurate, and reflected the reasoning chain well.

Cons: Reasoning-heavy responses take noticeably longer to generate than regular responses. An estimate of the loading time or a progress bar would be helpful during the extended wait times.

Overall: The contract language analysis for potential conflicts requires a level of complex logic. The reasoning model walked through each step methodically, identifying two areas of potential conflict that can be easily overlooked.

    "Switching mid-chat is seamless"

    Posted 2026-03-12

Pros: The ability to change models mid-chat without losing context is a great feature. I started a response in gpt-4, then changed models to use claude for a rewritten response, and it worked great. The interface is smooth for this kind of switching.

Cons: When switching models mid-thread, the new model's response is worded slightly differently from the previous context. It would be great if there was an option to preserve that phrasing exactly.

Overall: Working on a grant proposal and getting stuck on tone. I was able to change models mid-thread from one to another, and the new output was like a breakthrough. The kind of flexibility that is possible in a single conversation is amazing.

    "Replaced three subscriptions"

    Posted 2026-03-12

Pros: Having access to gpt-4, claude, gemini, and deepseek under one login means no longer needing to log in to individual services. The dashboard loads quickly, changing services is only a single click away, and the chat history is well organized across all services.

Cons: A usage breakdown by model in the billing section would help track which providers get the most use and whether the subscription is being fully utilized.

Overall: Paying for multiple AI tools never made sense when most tasks only need one at a time. This consolidates everything and nothing feels watered down. The convenience alone justifies the cost, and the performance matches native platforms.

    "Keeps the whole team aligned"

    Posted 2026-03-12

Pros: The centralized workspace implies that everybody on the team uses the same set of models and that the output of the models is consistent. No more fragmented conversations on different channels. The shared interface has definitely streamlined collaboration on AI outputs.

Cons: There is no shared chat or collaboration option that allows multiple users to contribute to the same chat. A simple share by link option would be great for teams.

Overall: We've actually implemented this as the standard AI tool in our department and the consistency has been noticeable. Everyone uses the same set of models and the outputs of the models are comparable. Onboarding new users takes minutes instead of hours.

    "Image analysis surprised me"

    Posted 2026-03-12

Pros: Uploaded a photo of a product to test the support of images and found that the model recognized objects in the image accurately. Follow-up questions about the image were also handled in the same thread.

Cons: Analyzing images with high text density, e.g., screenshots of a spreadsheet, gave mixed results. Recognition of fine details in images may need some refinement.

Overall: Began uploading packaging mockups to get quick feedback on those designs before sending them over to the design team. The image analysis tool catches things that would easily be overlooked after staring at a design for a long time.

    "Summarizing long texts quickly"

    Posted 2026-03-12

Pros: Pasted a 15-page report into the chat and got a tight, accurate summary back in under a minute. The key points were captured without losing nuance, and the formatting is great for dropping straight into a presentation deck.

Cons: Sometimes, when dealing with extremely long documents, it seems like the summary cuts off at the very end. A progress bar or word count estimate for the summary would be great.

Overall: Quarterly reports come out by the dozen, and it's impossible to read through each one from cover to cover. Running them through this tool pulls out exactly what I need, and the summary is clean enough to pass along to leadership.

    "Task-based model picks work"

    Posted 2026-03-12

Pros: The model suggestions based on task feature also tell you the best model for what you're doing. Wanted help with coding and it recommended a reasoning model. Wanted help with creative writing and it recommended a more creative model. Smart defaults.

Cons: The suggestions for models based on a task don't tell you why a certain model was recommended. A brief pop-up with a simple explanation would help users learn over time which model is best for each task.

Overall: Not everyone has time to research which model is best for what. The task-based suggestions take that guesswork out entirely. Just describe what you need and use AI points you in the right direction before you even start typing.

    "One subscription covers everything"

    Posted 2026-03-12

Pros: Rather than paying for different AI tools individually, everything is under one roof. GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, and DeepSeek are all accessible through the same platform and perform equally well across the board.

Cons: A usage tracker that displays the number of queries sent to each AI tool within the billing cycle would be useful. This would also allow users to track their personal usage habits better.

Overall: The subscription replaced three different AI tools, and nothing was lost in translation. Everything performs the same as it would natively, and the convenience of one login, one interface, and one bill is the way to go.

    "Useful with minor quirks"

    Posted 2026-03-12

Pros: The unified assistant interface has an excellent set of models. The switching between them is smooth. Most tasks, from summarization to coding assistance, get taken care of quickly. The layout is clean and has everything accessible without needing to click around more.

Cons: Sometimes the model selection defaults to the default option after refreshing the webpage. Being able to select the last used model would remove one small annoyance.

Overall: This covers about 80% of the AI tasks that need to be done on a day-to-day basis. The interface is clean. The small issues that exist don’t really impact the experience. Worth using as the main tool even if it still needs a bit of polishing.
