    "Support is key to saying NO to this amazing product"

    Pros: Ease of use, learning curve and internal tutorials are quite clear (useful for general aspects), at the beginning of my lifetime purchase, I had one or two doubts that were resolved... But then, it seems that support ceased to exist no type.

    Cons: Support for questions at present (2022) is null, except for an automated chat (which in my case does not solve anything, because apparently it does not send my messages), there is no response to any type of support: help, request for functions, nothing ...

    Overall: Everything was fine until I wanted to set some conversations to "required", which I couldn't do manually in any question/survey format, I went to request help and nothing happened... two, three times... Nothing. The website has broken sections, there is no active FAQs section to at least try to solve on my own... It seems that this beautiful project has stalled and is going downhill (this is my current perception)
