    Pros: Nothing at all. A terrible product and even worse customer service. They have no compunction to double the charge for the same service.

    Cons: Their small business email service just doubled in price with no warning. No email, no text, nothing to indicate that they would do this. I called to ask for a refund the moment the charge was made, but they said I could not receive a refund. Horrible business and complete lack of business integrity.

    Pros: There are none. Absolutely no pros to using this service. I only ended up with it because it started out as Yahoo Small business and was resold time and again, ending in their lap.

    Cons: They are 3x the cost of any place else. Useless Customer Service. Simplest tasks do not work.

    Overall: For starters, my domain was "pending" when it should have been active. Next, something on their backend was failing to redirect our a-record to another server. After 7 calls to customer service, I was more or less told "Not my circus, not my monkeys." Customer service is more or less useless. This company is a scam. Avoid at ALL costs.

    Pros: Can't think of anything. Really nothing good to mention that is not available elsewhere for less money and coming with better service.

    Cons: Price keeps going up. That might be OK but service is non existent. Way back when Yahoo Small Business was pretty good but has been on a steady decline for years. Basically these nice chaps from India like to tell you that everything is fine from there side so move on. And move on is what I'll be doing.

    Overall: Avoid at all costs. As mentioned, high cost, very nominal features, very difficult to contact service, often times very hard to understand with the thick accent and rarely do they help you resolve a problem.

    Pros: No Pros When they disabled our business acc. with no warning, I called and they said they restored it, 72 hours later still no email, then I asked when it will be restored I get our backup team isn't in and they can only restore 7 days worth of backup.

    Cons: The Con is they mistakenly disabled our Radio Station Business acc.

    Pros: My site can be made to work.
    This is what I think of it.

    Cons: Difficult to use.
    Non-existent service. Help desk people are not even a little bit helpful but are quick to expect good reviews.
    Sneaky price increase.

    Overall: When it was Yahoo it was easy to use and the service was excellent. With each succeeding new owner the service level declined, until with the sale to Turbify everything fell apart. I was forced onto a new and clumsy website builder. The help desk people cannot understand basic English, so don't get anything fixed, but are quick to demand good reviews after NOT solving my problems. Then, at the latest renewal, they sneakily hiked up the fees. If it was possible to leave Zero ratings I would do so.

    Pros: Nothing I can add here. Let's be honest. The service was managed by Yahoo and moved to some unknown brand.

    Cons: What a sneaky tactic to double the price! You log a compliant and a ready email from a sneaky customer service informs you that you have received an email sometime ago (who is untrue) about the price increase for some BS improvements. Then two days after you receive an email about a price increase.

    Did you expedience the same?

    Overall: The Turbify website and services are less than impressive. Slow and not far from being a user friendly.

    Pros: Nothing, I honestly cannot think of a positive/'pro' to list here. There are much better services out there.

    Cons: Customer service, tech support, billing and costs, extended down times and no refund

    Overall: Like others I was moved to Turbify from my LONG time use of Yahoo Small Business. Yahoo went through a few other transitions but overall I liked much of its service, one transition was pretty bad but nothing compares to the move to Turbify. I have never experienced customer and technical support as bad as this in my many years in this field.

    I really have nothing to add to the other reviews here except I moved to Dreamhost and have nothing but the highest recommendation for Dreamhost versus Turbify. Dreamhost customer service is excellent (do have a little wait time if you use chat but again nothing like Turbify), they can actually FIX the issue for you, they follow up. And their pricing is much better.

    Stay away from Turbify or move to something like Dreamhost ASAP. (I am also one of those who very rarely writes reviews but feel it is important in this case.)

    Pros: Attractive deceptive pricing. Nothing good about them. Has learned how to apologise in English to deflect issues.

    Cons: Mandatory on file credit card. Refuses PayPal even though site shows PayPal accepted. Random unexplained card charges never quoted as applicable. No English spoken, 100% India call centers. Doubles your renewal price after initial term. Bait and switch mob. Can't believe anything they say. No customer service email address. Constant mistakes and daily server fails..
    Maryland USA headquarters calls routes you back to New Delhi India.

    Overall: Great for bringing on a heart attack from stress. Each call results in more mistakes and hidden charges to your card that go unexplained.

    Pros: Nothing good about Turbify. Truly not a single thing from provided services to customer service. Avoid them at all costs if possible.

    Cons: Notifying you of increased charges (double the cost) 1 month after they implement it (after charging me twice), then saying they can't cancel the service for a couple weeks because their system isn't set up to cancel services.

    Overall: Turbify is total garbage and I won't be surprised if they go out of business soon. So terrible. Avoid them at all costs if possible.

    "Dishonest tactics at annual renewal"

    Pros: The product itself is okay but too complicated for most needs. It is not easy to use but it does probably have a lot of features useful for bigger users.

    Cons: Turbify doubled their annual prices without informing me and I only saw this when the automatic annual payment went through my bank account. Their terms of service state that if you cancel, you don't get a refund for any of the period - if you cancel the day after they take the annual payment, you still get nothing back.

    Also, their customer service takes ages to respond - if they respond at all.

    Overall: Frustrating. Poor customer service. Dishonest renewal tactics. Too complex for my purposes. Too expensive.

    "If you enjoy being tortured this is the company for you"

    Pros: You can get a live person on the phone after long wait times. Often it is difficult to understand them because of poor phone line quality.

    Cons: Unable to understand customer support because of bad phone lines and heavy accents. Wait times that run into hours. No way to verify account like a pin that can be retrieved while logged into the account. They have changed DNS settings with no notification other than the website and email going down. No customer service chat service available. No customer service email available. No history of customer service calls available. A terrible help library.

    Overall: Absolutely the worst hosting/email company out there. Avoid unless you enjoy wasted hours and tons of frustration.

    Pros: Due to fraud auto payment canceled. I owe for a website but am unable to pay as I can’t login. I tried calling but couldn’t get through . I need to know how to login as it has been so long but nothing helps and I can’t receive texts as I am on a Mexican cell phone. I am afraid my website will be canceled. This sucks!

    Cons: No customer service at all and phone number doesn’t work from Mexico.

    Overall: Terrible. I have spent hours trying to resolve this to no avail. All I want to do is pay and set up new automatic payments but there is no one to help and even my web designer couldn’t get through.

    Pros: I can't think of any pros with the exception of that fact that the customer service reps answer the phone.

    Cons: •The site builder is not user friendly.
    •Your customer service is inadequate.
    •The site is glitchy and has been down for days, preventing customers from booking.
    •Turbify's inadequacy has cost me time and money.

    Overall: We have small business and have used Yahoo's website builder since 2008. Turbify recently purchased the site and we have had to completely redo the website, which was expensive. Now it is not working at all.

    Pros: Nothing is good here! Duh!

    Cons: Warning... I ask them about guaranteeing me security and fixing some things... They ignore everything,..they have new system that stinks big time (except for search engine)... You cannot even link your sites to subdomain sites... It's a total disaster... I wasted tons of my time and they simply emailed me follow some crappy links and their job is done and they even have the balls to send satisfaction link to rate how good these rejects are!!!

    Overall: I got used to previous system and I had so many features now even if they wanted to they cannot bring it back!

    Pros: I have nothing good to say about them. Just very bad company. I could say something good if they were not such a junk company.

    Cons: I had an account with Yahoo for over 20 years and now Yahoo gave toT urbify. They are junk and no help. When you call, all I get are non American English speakers. I am hard of hearing, and I can understand American English, like you hear on the Radio or TV. I sent a 'message' and then again, a non American English speaking person called. I told them I need to talk with someone who speaks American English, and he hung up. If they see this report, please call me. You have my number. But please find someone, anyone who can speak American English.

    Pros: Not a darn thing. Stay away from Yahoo Small Business which is now Turbify.

    Cons: Terrible customer service never resolved email issues.

    Overall: Absolutely terrible! Customer service agents are all in India making communication difficult. They promised the email would work if I paid them, which I did. After many calls when the email was never restored they refused to refund the money. Overall they are a terrible company to deal with and I recommend staying away from doing business with Turbify.

    Pros: Predecessor - Yahoo Small Business - was good for many years, starting ~2005, Since Turbify took over, service has been poor.

    Cons: Turbify was totally unhelpful in addressing hosting-blockage and also payments in my account.

    Overall: I began with Yahoo Small Business at least 15 years ago. Since Turbify took over, problems have been severe. I'm expecting to switch hosts. Terrible.

    Pros: Reasonable price. But it will really cost your business in the long run. The company has no customer service at all.

    Cons: The support service is non-existent. The customer service is extremely bad.

    Overall: I have been a customer of Yahoo Small Business (now Turbify) since 2008. The service of the deteriorated along with the company name changed. There is absolutely no support for the long term customer at all. We are not able to send or receive our business email through our domains every couple of days. The tech support haven't a clue what is going and just blamed our domain. Our domain was not blacklisted at all. And the Turbify email server refuse to send or receive email through our domains. Our complaints fell into deaf ears. We lost so many customers because of they negligent of the issue.

    Please avoid Turbify at all costs.

    Pros: Nothing.

    Cons: Stupid customer service. No tech support or a modicum of tech knowledge. No one speaks English or can be understood. Could not fix or help me in any way, shape or form. I finally figured it out for myself after two hrs of them trying to tell me what to do. THE MOST HORRID service ever.

    Overall: Worst service on the planet...and if I could, I'd dump them but yahoo sold it to a company that should be called "upyourbutt" and there's nothing I can do.
