4. Support music site downloading.Cons: Add a search box when searching for video websites
Overall: VideoGo makes my downloading easy. All the videos I see can be downloaded and watched offline using it.

Pros: It gave access to major streaming channels to download material. It gave step by step instructions to use the app.
Cons: The policies particularly refund policy is a sham. The support staff gives you the runaround to avoid issuing a refund. Bad business practices.
Overall: I requested a refund a refund after one day of using the app for I found it to dissatisfactory. I continually asked for a refund thru constant emails. The support people gave me the runaround and after 3 weeks, they denied my refund!!!

Cons: They disabled my registration code after taking my payment, and did NOT refund anything.
Overall: Please be aware of this company because they can take your money after disconnecting the service.

Pros: It downloads videos so fast and all videos are available to play on the computer and move to other devices.
Cons: When I want to change the streaming sites, it is required to restart the program every time to switch to another site.
Overall: It's a great way to download many movies and shows from Netflix and other video streaming services. And it can not only download videos in high quality but also save audio and subtitles in multiple languages.

Pros: Download movies and shows so fast and save videos in high quality. Especially, it can download YouTube videos in 8K.
Cons: Doesn't support Apple TV. And the price is a little bit expensive.
Overall: This program is easy to use and can quickly download and save Netflix and Amazon Prime videos in 1080p. I've used the program for half a year and can download whatever I want from the services with no problem.
