Pros: Overall this product is saving us time by allowing online payments, tracking collection campaigns, and supporting self-service options for debtors, significantly reducing the time our staff spends on processing payments.
Cons: We haven't encountered any downsides yet. If anything develops as we scale up usage, we’ll try to update accordingly—but so far, it’s been a great experience.
