Alma for Coaches is a web-based workspace for dietitians, nutritionists, and fitness coaches. Coaches share instructions, reference guides, and recipes with clients; Alma uses this guidance to answer everyday food questions and routes questions requiring a coach’s judgment back to the coach. The dashboard displays clients’ logged meals, calories, macros, Alma Scores, and trends, with daily activity synced from Apple Health and automated weekly reports. Coaches can build a library of recipes, meals, and foods, import recipes from links or Instagram, and see which resources clients use. Clients log meals in Alma’s iPhone app, which tracks calories, macros, and more than 25 nutrients and supports voice, text, photo, and barcode logging. Coaches can review progress and guide follow-up between appointments.
