"Horrible platform. " Posted 2022-02-28
Pros: Was okay with the company that Tokko bought, so kept using them. Supposedly an international platform, but totally designed for Argentina (PHRASES TO USE USE). Has no 'real estate' platform to announce coming available, under contract or follow through with solds. This is not a crm / platform for real estate companies.
Cons: Based out of Argentina. Selling all over the world without proper support. The support sends tutorials as 'their support'.
Overall: Total concept lacks the requirements for real estate companies to offer best services to their clients. Real Estate Crm programs follow the pattern of on market, under contract or pending and then sold. This platform does not allow that service, nor does it count days on market. Little or no customer in countries they represent.
