Pros: I liked that you could geofence an area and have your employees clock-in only when they have reached a certain area. And it was very simple for employees to use and navigate
Cons: The lack of report options and if you wanted your reports to use one method (straight hours per day) of how they presented your data great. But if you need it to tell you how many hours someone worked in a quarter, you are out of luck
Overall: Great for getting your employees to log time and take notes, not so great for reporting. If you have other software that can take your data and create reports even better

"Amazing tool for time recording and even better Customer Experience Agents" Posted 2020-01-30
Pros: The best thing about TCW is actually their customer experience agents. Alexander helped me out so much in setting up my account and went above and beyond what I expected. A support department like this was far more amazing than any of the product's features. However, concerning the product, I really like how easy it is to integrate it into other payroll software.
Cons: The only thing I dislike about TCW is the website layout. I feel too many modals pop up and get hidden and it becomes very "loud" or noisy on the page.
Overall: Saving time and work hours by being able to generate reports and integrate the hours. Thank you TCW

Time clock wizard has great customer service. Quick response time, but more importantly they offer to go the extra mile. When I've needed assistance I always chat instead of calling. Whenever my issue is complicated, even if resolved over chat, they ask me if I'd like to have somebody give me a call to run over the steps I should be taking live as I do it. The latest concerns were addressed by William, who was actually fun to talk to while helping me work out some confusion I had

The live chat has been indispensable. All of the agents are quick to respond and it feels like I'm talking to a real person - not a bunch of canned responses. Recently, I spoke with Lisa for help setting up our new account.

I was looking for a simpler solution to time tracking for our remote office environment. So far, this seems like the perfect solution to collect and report time and feed it to our Quickbooks application for payroll. Our past process was using up too many hours for employees and management. This looks like it will greatly simplify all of the time reporting and payroll processes. I am really excited to share this with our team and get it fully operational.
