To create albums, go to the albums tab, and click the '+' icon to create a new album. If you have an external SD card attached and want to create an album in an external SD card, use the dropdown in the creation dialog, and specify storage as 'SD card'. Your secure vault is a private folder in your phone managed by A+ Gallery. Only you can access your photos in a secure vault with your password.
