Pros: The extent of the virtual captures.

Cons: Limited control of categories in platform.

Overall: The ability to provide planners a virtual look at facilities and venues prior to in-market site inspections.

Pros: The ability to give event organizers a walk-through of our physical space to simulate their guest experience and plan the perfect event flow and setup for their needs.

Cons: None discovered yet - we are still relatively new.

Overall: The primary benefit we've realized is the ability for people - startup companies, community members, event organizers - virtually walk through our space and get a feel for what Embarc Collective is. It's helped us differentiate our space and brand. Threshold has been particularly helpful to us through the COVID-19 pandemic. It allowed users to visualize the space when they weren't able to comfortable with physically travelling to us.

Pros: The benefit for our partner locations and promoting with map feature. Analytics and great customer service.

Cons: Implementing new captures to our website was the only con.

Overall: Showcasing our local businesses and region. We love using the map feature to promote our downtowns, beaches, etc. I also like the analytics provided to share with our partners. Overall great platform and customer service!

Pros: Easy to use and easy to promote your local businesses
This was a great service during COVID to still be able to promote businesses and give virtual tours of spaces. We were able to share with hotels so that they could continue to promote space as well.

Cons: the inability to change category business is listed as and that closed businesses are remaining on site in the Discover portion.

Overall: Customer service has been very good, especially from Seth and Brody, figuring out ways to assist me whenever I ask. They have also been very responsive on making additional metrics in reporting when I asked for it too.

Pros: Platform autonomy.
Analytics are real-time.
Ease of integration into existing CRM and website.
Increased Engagement & Conversion Rates.

Cons: Less visibility into capture process (but new product releases have addressed that - ie. Project tab).

Overall: Deeper experience for meeting planners evaluating Austin, increased engagement & conversion rates for local businesses that have 360 tours feat. on their website listing, interactive / thematic maps for both leisure travelers and meeting planners.

Pros: Fast turnaround time.
Quality of tour is impressive.
Bringing our city to planners and visitors more easily.

Cons: Small Cone of Invisibility and Wifi capability of camera.

Overall: Brody, Seth, Lindsay, Chloe and Jaci have been a joy to work with at Threshold 360. They are all super responsive and have really worked with all our requests no mater what it is. The turn around time is so fast and all our partners are impressed with the turnaround and quality of tour. We are so excited to be able to offer these experiences.
