    "Very bad software "

    Posted 2023-11-23

Pros: Clients can upload documents, but if I didn't create the file and organize it from my side, all documents would be mixed together. I have to create multiple files for each client and name it.

    Cons: Not user friendly.
    A lot of technical issues.
Time and billing is hard to deal with.
The signature function is not working most of the time.

Overall: I have had a terrible experience with this software. I've been facing technical issues for the past 20 days and the technical support team seemed to have no idea how to fix them. It's frustrating to think that I have paid for a product that doesn't work as expected and the support team doesn't seem to have a solution for it. When I approached them for assistance, they appeared to be clueless and unsure of what to do.

Furthermore, the Time and Billing features are a nightmare to work with. They asked me to pay $750 to learn how to use Onvio, which I find ridiculous. If I do not choose to pay, I am left to learn it myself. However, their technical support team is not very knowledgeable about the software and it only led to me wasting my time trying to figure it out myself.

It's clear that this software has a major flaw and needs to be improved.
