Cons: None. They are good and the services are good since the beginning.

Overall: It strikes me as kind of odd to be raving about a merchant processing company, but TCA is amazing! Can't say enough good things about them.

Pros: They are available absolutely anytime you need them, their rates are competitive and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and honest which is hard to come across today.

Cons: I honestly can't think of anything. It's been fantastic since the start.

Overall: TCA gives other processors a true run for their money. The hands on feel really can't be beat or experienced anywhere else. 5 stars all around.

Pros: These guys are the most responsive processors I've ever worked with. Always fast to write back, deal with charge backs, and always have innovative ideas to help with our POS needs.

Cons: I would not change anything about the experience. It was perfect the way it was.

Overall: I cannot recommend TCA more highly. These guys are the best processors I have ever worked with. Wish I can give more than 5 stars.

Cons: None. I have been with The card for over a year and would never change companies.

Overall: I get calls for other credit card processing companies to switch every week and I just tell them "I'm with FAMILY" because I feel like I am. Highly recommend!

Pros: I do digital marketing and I needed some help with some e-commerce sites that utilize payment gateways with integrated payment processing, as well as credit card processing for my customers.

Cons: The experience is already perfect. Can't think of any cons.

Cons: None. They were very helpful, they only recommended solutions which made sense from a business and budget perspective.

Overall: They followed up with me multiple times and has gone above and beyond in customer service. Also love the fact that if there’s ever a problem or a question, you can reach a live rep 24/7.

Pros: They are prompt via text or call and are always on top of any issues. They fixed a tip mistake on a dozen transactions within 24 hours when we were first figuring out the system.

Cons: No Cons. They're honestly unbeatable in terms of value at any stage your business is at.

Overall: They work hard to get out a low card processing fee for business owners and work with a lot of small businesses. 10/10 would recommend. God Bless them.

Pros: Their invoices are easy to read and straight-forward, they're getting me top-tier rates on my transactions, and I have never received the level of security and PCI compliance assistance that I receive from them from any other provider.

Pros: Easy to use, affordable payment software. The service reps are always very knowledgeable and friendly. Much better then our prior software with support.

Cons: No complaints so far. I had an issue with receipt printing and support was able to walk me through fixing my setup.

Overall: Great overall experience. Payment portal is easy to navigate and manage. Support is always responsive if I have any questions.

Pros: Very easy to use and noticeably cheaper then my last payment processing software. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good payment platform.

Cons: The only downside I have encountered was having a hard time figuring out how to setup the software. Once I contacted support they helped me get setup with ease.
