Textmagic

Pros: As a small business, Photography, this is perfect. My business is seasonal and I like the idea of pay as you go. The interface is easy to navigate. I can use my original existing business phone number so people can use the same number for voice and text. The mobile app allows me to view and respond to activity where ever I am. But since I work a lot on my computer, there is a desktop app that was a must have, and for me I would rather process my work thru the computer. I seen some don't have desktop apps.

Cons: So if you are more out and about away from the computer the mobile app works seamlessly. Not sure if this con affects others but on my computer the app has a tendency to disconnect from the network after long period of non activity on the computer. Easy fix is when I go on computer I restart the app itself. I miss not having auto correct spelling. But it makes me a better speller. :-)

Overall: I am very pleased with this service and happy to have it part of my workflow. I hardly leave voice messages with customers, some don't even listen to them any more, I just text the info I have to communicate to the recipient and vice a versa.

Pros: The service is very easy to use with the facilities to manage contacts and target a specific customer base.

Cons: Costs for imbedding images are excessive, if this was reduced there would be more use and improve the feedback required.

Overall: The support to begin with was very good and the more the product is used the more interactive and useful it then becomes.

Pros: Love everything about it - we’ve found texts have a much higher response rate than any other correspondence.

Cons: No improvement feedback at all, which is unusual from me!

Overall: 10/10 does exactly what we need.

The interface looks good.

I like that it’s linked with my email out of office.

Pros: It’s a good product.
It’s easy to use, very affordable and does the job.

Cons: Only thing was I wish there was an API to my WooCommerce store when I can send texts from within the website.

Overall: I love the features as well.

Pros: The ability to send texts from a landline- to be able to type on a full-size keyboard vs a phone.

Cons: Nothing really- it has been a useful tool.

Overall: I used TextMagic to text-enable our business landline. Handy to be able to tell people on a mobile phone they can just text a picture to "this number".
I use the TextMagic website to send and receive SMS. Presumably there's other competing services that do the same thing, but TextMagic works very well. It's helpful to be able to look back at previous conversations... The interface is clean and easy to use. I am very happy with TextMagic.
I don't know if it's expensive, really, but I think I get good value for money with TextMagic.

Pros: On time delivery and easy to use app, overall I' am completely satisfied to use for work related matters.

Cons: Cannot receive verification/registration codes.

Overall: Highly satisfied with the purpose of this app.

Pros: I love that I can schedule a text to be sent out, in the future, and that I can create contact lists.

Cons: I really don't have any cons for this software. I really enjoy using it.

Overall: Great text messaging but the most useful part of it is the scheduling of texts and the test message templates.

Pros: I often need to send out mass texts to groups. Adding contacts is very easy and setting up different contact lists is so handy. Using this via the app or desktop is great.

Cons: N/A.

Overall: TextMagic provides exactly what I need. 10/10.

Pros: TextMagic is an effective tool to reach your target audience directly and promptly. The transparent dashboard makes it easy to compose your message with clear cost breakdown and provides you with reach and response statistics to fine tune your campaign. Works very well with importing contacts from Excel spreadsheets and only pay when you use.

Cons: The product does not provide discounts for Not-For-Profit or NGO organisations.

Overall: Easy, versatile and transparent tool to reach your audience promptly. Enjoy working with TextMagic highly recommended.
