"A practical, fast and affordable solution for all budgets"

    Posted 2024-10-10

Pros: Crowdtesting is a practice that is still little known and can be very expensive. With Testeum, it is possible to prepare campaigns in complete transparency and see how much it will cost. The campaign can be launched automatically upon payment. The fastest campaigns only took a few hours!
It is possible to exchange with testers. The quality of their feedback has improved over time thanks to the latest features.
I recommend launching campaigns with few audience filters in order to have results more quickly.

Cons: The mobile version still needs to be improved.
Although the basic price is very affordable, a free trial would be a great added value in my opinion.

Overall: Having been involved in the creation of the first versions of Testeum and having also used it later as part of my software testing consultancy services, I can say that the platform comes really handy in various contexts.

    "Integral part of our CI/CD"

    Posted 2024-10-02

Pros: Ease of creating a campaign.
It can test both bugs and UX issues.
Speed to get feedback (from testers all over the world).

Cons: No API to connect our gitlab and trigger campaigns on the fly.

Overall: We almost systematically carry out a campaign before a production launch to ensure that the application we deliver is functional from the users' point of view. It takes a lot of pressure off us.

"Way cheaper and faster than other solutionss"

    Posted 2024-10-01

Pros: - A much lower price than others while still having a dedicated point of contact available.
    - The ability to do everything online.
    - The option to find testers by country/age, perfectly aligned with the target audience of the application.

Cons: A lack of testers in some countries, but overall, it hasn’t been an issue for us.

Overall: We are extremely satisfied with this French startup and the comprehensive support they provided. We used their services to improve our hotel’s website, which targets Australian visitors. The platform allowed us to identify key issues, such as translation errors and UX improvements that were overdue. We also managed to uncover previously undetected bugs. Highly recommended!
