TProof is studied to support any amount of certification, as it's primarily based on two mainstream platforms: Ethereum and Arweave. Ethereum is where the certification happens, storing the hash of your file at a given timestamp. That combination is represented in the form of an NFT, free to move and trade as you with. Arweave is where you can optionally upload your file, making it public (and eternal). This step is optional, and suits those use cases where you want not just the hash, but also the file to be visible all over the world.
