    "No support, never emails back"

    Pros: Works on my device, but I need to send it back to insurance, and the new phone is saying I need to pay.

    Cons: no customer support, they never contact me back, help?

    Overall: I will rate this a 5 when they actually reply back to me. The new android device I have is not working with my paid app.
