Pros: I recently used the services of Syndicately. Very solid platform. The interface is user-friendly and the features are comprehensive. Their customer service is responsive and helpful, making the overall experience smooth and reliable.

Cons: I did not experienced any big issues. For the questions I had I was able to get answers quickly.

Overall: Solid platform, comprehensive features. I am pleased with the service and would recommend it to others.

Pros: The speed and ease of Syndicate provides an incredible risk reduction around investing for the average investor like myself as well as investors that pool their capital to invest into deals. Worth the research!

Cons: Learning that there was a simple process that existed, I just did not know

Overall: An experience I would certainly participate in going forward do to the comfort and reduced risk around investment

Pros: Helps automate the entire process, multiple profiles setup, takes out the manual documentation process back and forth, integrates DocuSign for signing and TAX status registration, easily apply profiles to investment deals.

Cons: They have a roadmap for adding bank wire details launching soon but integrations to banks for ACH is available today.

Overall: Special purpose vehicle investing is simplified. I can't tell you how challenging, manual and time consuming it is when trying to invest in private equity. Syndicately automates the entire process in just a few clicks. Once I have my profiles setup, I can always use them on future investments that are made available through this platform. I'm really thankful that someone finally solved the inefficiency of SPV investing and also built a platform for others to use for their investment raises. Great job Syndicately team!

Pros: The support team was responsive. The UI was easy to use and I was able to launch a deal and invite investors within 20 mins.

Cons: I wish they supported 506c deals, however, the support representative said they plan to launch accredited 506c deals this year.

Overall: Easy to use, fair and clear fee structure, and transparency throughout the process. The support is responsive and answered all of my relevant questions.
