    Cons: Your team is not solving the issue of customers.

    Dear StreamKar Team,

    I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from your platform. My account and mobile device were mistakenly blocked, and despite reaching out multiple times through Messenger and email, my issue remains unresolved.

    What’s even more frustrating is the apparent bias in your support system—your Messenger team seems to only assist people they know personally, leaving genuine customers like me without proper help. This lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable.

    I expect a prompt resolution to my issue and a proper explanation for why it was ignored for so long. If this is how you treat your users, I cannot recommend your app to anyone.

    Please resolve this matter immediately or provide a clear justification for the delay.

    Overall: I have been a loyal user of this app since 2015 and have always followed the rules and regulations diligently. My usage has always been positive, without any violations. However, my account and mobile device were recently blocked by mistake, causing me significant inconvenience.
