Pros: Just SOO much data! We love the app for real-time traffic updates too!

My favorite part is having saved reports that auto send to me.

Cons: I wish there were videos for training. Sometimes reading articles is hard to grasp and setting up a meeting is great but videos would be easier to access.

Overall: A great program! So much data available that we don't even need half of it. A great way to connect door traffic with our POS sales.

Pros: Ease of integration into our reporting systems.
Granular, detailed data collection.
Set it up and forget it.
Wifi - no running cables.

Cons: Initial hardware installation is sometimes finicky.

Overall: We looked for a while for a traffic counter solution we could integrate with our proprietary software, and SMS allows us to do that easily. We have installed them in all of our stores, and use the data to track and update our store layouts and enhance our marketing efforts.
