StockHero

Pros: I think the first thing that impresses me was the fast turnaround for their customer service. Not many software offered WhatsApp chat and I was pleased that StockHero offered this. As a trader, time is of the essence and having someone to answer my questions in real time really tops it off for me.

Other than that, their software is simple to use. I love their various colour themes that offer lots of personalisation options. Their partnership with TradeStation is great, since TradeStation is a well known and reputable brand.

Cons: It would be good if they can also support other brokerages like IG or Saxo. I've feedback to their team and they told me they are looking into them.

Overall: My overall experience with StockHero has been great. From customer service to the feature set, everything is offered. I am a team leader for a trader platform and have used numerous automated trading systems. StockHero is quite revolutionary and I would say has the potential to be a leader in its field.

Pros: - The user interface looks modern and very nicely arranged
- There are many strategies to choose from
- It is not overwhelming for beginners to get started on StockHero
- The price is affordable and yet the features are plentiful

Cons: - Some display issues but refreshing the page will always fix them. Other than this, StockHero works like a charm

Overall: I got to know this software from a colleague of mine. I've tried other bot software and felt that their UIs are stuck in time. StockHero has a very nice UI that motivated myself to try it out. Its bot offerings are many and allows experienced traders like myself to implement simple to complex strategies easily. This is a great software for both beginners and advanced traders alike.
