    "Ideal for my small business"

    Pros: Easy to set up and use, great customer service, seeing ROI already! Also hear from my guests that this was a reason they went for my upselling and tried new services.

    Cons: Would like more of a one stop shop, more offerings to make the product even better

    Overall: Excellent, couldn't do without it. Can't wait to see how they can add to the company to further improve efficiency and ROI.

    "StayFi at 9 STR's & Direct Bookings are GROWING!"

    Pros: Excellent Customer Service! This team is open to teach you the best way to use their products (email marketing as an example)

    Cons: The inability to make a direct link between StayFi and quantity of Direct Bookings

    Overall: I have been using StayFi for over a year now at 9 STR's. I've seen a nice bump in direct bookings across my portfolio since using StayFi and also took them up on a 1:1 session on how to setup email marketing which was a great experience and easy to do (they have great customer service). I didn't think it made sense to start email marketing until I had hundreds of emails but that's not the case. You can start the funnel with 1 email to start marketing and fill the top of the funnel as your grow your list. No guest push back on data entry to this point; although I have not yet tried the phone number collection for text marketing.

    Pros: Works as advertised. I’ve found the WiFi access to be completely reliable, and the customer email collection relatively painless.

    Cons: On very rare occasions I’ve seen guest balk at signing in with their email address. But that small minority doesn’t seem to understand that they can opt out of marketing.

    Overall: Really it’s been totally positive. Very good connectivity, and great email/text capturing. Would recommend to anyone.

    Pros: The hardware setup and online set up could not be easier. It was a breeze and i felt really comfortable doing it.

    Cons: I always like to save money, so i do wish i spent less a month. That being said if you are good at your email marketing this is pennies compared to the bookings you'd bring in.

    Overall: Overall i have been very happy with StayFi. Even though right now i only collect emails and haven't started marketing i am happy with the product.

    Pros: Great customer service! The responses are quick and there is always a solution to the issues. Makes the process so much easier!

    Pros: The ease of use and client support is phenomenal. The owners and employees of the company love to show and demonstrate how to most effectively use the service. Obtaining repeat bookings has never been easier than using StayFi!

    Cons: That I didn’t think of this product earlier than the owners!
