Pros: I like the easy and quick way of recognizing my partners. And I feel excellent when I'm recognized.
Cons: I would like to add a custom value to the kudos. That would help to recognize more people in an specific value.
Overall: In my case it was really helpful during the first days on the new company, it helped me a lot knowing their values. Nowadays, after some months using it, I feel we share the same values and I'm part of something bigger than me.

Pros: Amazing how this recognition app helps to boost organizational culture.
Cons: I think it would be great if we could like the comments of our peers.
Overall: As a coordinator of an area I consider important to recognize my team when they act accorindg to the values of our company so that I encourage in continuing on this path.
