Spool empowers you and your team to document and access key conversations from customer calls & sales meetings with the tap of a button using its AI-powered sales collaboration platform. Connect Spool with your Zoom account and download the Spool desktop widget. Use the Spool widget during customer calls & sales meetings to capture only important, non-sensitive parts of your conversations that you want to document. Zero typing is needed. Just press the relevant widget button to start and stop capturing as many discussion topics as you want during your call. Spool uses text classification & sentiment analysis algorithms to detect and categorize the most important & effective parts of the selected conversations and automatically creates sales documents. Right after each discovery or qualification call, after a demo or a sales team meeting, Spool emails you a sales document and saves it to the Spool dashboard.
