Pros: We have ben using this product for several years and have found that it is very straight forward and simple to use.

Cons: We haven't really found anything significant issues.

Overall: We have a had a good experience using this product and the customer service was helpful when we needed any assistance.

Pros: Hi My name is Janet Coit and I am the Practice Manager for my husband who is an Optometrist. I file all my Medicare and United Health Care claims with Speedy Claims. We work together in Colorado Springs, CO. I love Speedy Claims as it is the easiest program you will ever use for claims. It saves all your patient information so when they return to your office, you just need to put the diagnosis code in and the date as long as their personal information didn't change. Matt at Speedy claims is so easy to get a hold of if you have any questions or problems. If you leave a message, he gets back to you Almost Immediately. I would strongly recommend Speedy Claims for your insurance billing.

Cons: There are absolutely no Cons for me. The program is so user friendly and Matt walks you through the process of filing when you first install the program. Matt is easy to get a hold of and answers his phone all the time. If you need to leave a message, no worries at all as he will call you right back. I do not have any cons on this program.

Overall: I have been using Speedy Claims for 5+ years and it is one of the best companies and program that I have ever worked with. It's simple and takes me about 2 minutes to file a claim. Now that's pretty fast. If they are a repeat patient, Speedy Claims saves all patient information and then it takes me 30 seconds or less to file a claim. I LOVE Speedy Claims and would highly recommend it everyone!!

Pros: I appreciate how simple the Speedy Claims software is to use. I like how it exactly resembles a claim form. I like how easy it is to add and subtract insurance companies, providers and patients.

Cons: My only negative is when a charge is $0.00 it will not print the 0.

Overall: Overall my experience with the Speedy Claims software is extremely positive. I have been very please with the ease of use in an office where I am in charge of all of the billing in addition to using my other skills to contribute elsewhere in a very small office.

Pros: Support desk is unbelievably helpful. Had a great experience working with matt. Product is easy to use.

Cons: There is nothing about this product that I don't love. Very user friendly.

Overall: Great experience with customer support. Love the product. Simple and cost efficient. Prompt support help.

Pros: This software is crucial in our facility billing insurance companies for durable medical supplies. It is easy to use and has great customer service!

Cons: There isn't much I don't like about this system! It always works when I need it!

Pros: Ease of use. Stores patient data for easy access and editing. Pre-populates most of the claim form when generating claims. Affordable option for small clinics.

Cons: Doesn't recognize or flag a possible error before printing.

Overall: Run a single doctor practice. This has been a reliable and cost-effective program for paper billing.

Pros: Ease of use, as i'm not very tech savvy - so if I can figure it out, anyone can! It was also very easy to switch the program from my PC to my laptop.

Cons: I have no negative comments, I have been very satisfied with the program.

Overall: I have used Speedy Claims since June of 2009, and have found it very useful for my (pt-time) business.

Pros: Simple and easy to learn. Low cost and great support. Makes a somewhat tedious job quick, easy, and enjoyable.

Pros: I have been using Speedy Claims for a very long time. I think it is the best. I hate the billing part of this business. Speedy Claims makes it easy. I talk to Matt Lester may times in the beginning when I was learning the program. I am not that good at technical things. Speedy is a good word for this program because it is very fast.

Cons: I can't think of any. I guess it would be good if I could log in from anywhere.

Overall: Overall, I think it is easy to do repeat billing with all the information in one place. I was probably one of the beginning users and I have told many people others about this product.

Pros: I like that the version I have does not require a monthly subscription - one fee and it consistently works and updates. So many are now requiring a monthly subscription versus an outright purchase and I prefer the purchase. The forms are easy to create, save and print.

Cons: It took a little time to figure out the formatting, but it is doable.

Overall: Speedy Claims has helped me maintain accurate records for insurance billing in my small (one person) PT practice. I am satisfied with the product and recommend it to colleagues.

Pros: I love the time saving efficiency you get with Speedy Claims. Very reliable and easy to use for printing out claims.

Cons: I wish they also offered electronic filing service as well.

Overall: My office has been using Speedy Claims for many years and it has been a game changer for submitting paper claims.

Pros: Very easy to use and understand, has all the features that I need. It does work great. I use it every day and never had a problem. I really recommend this product.

Cons: I can not find any particular design flaw in this software.

Overall: The software works very good, no glitches or missing tools it has been designed to allow users do the work fast and without missing boxes. The menu is simple, any user will get familiar with this program in a short time. Does not require any special training.

Pros: I love the support and this program is easy to use. Never goes down and never any issues. I would love to continue to use this for years.

Cons: There are no cons for me. It's easy to use and it's worked for me. I have had this system for 15 plus years.

Overall: Excellent- best part is if I have a question due to an insurance change - Support is just a phone call away. Never any issues.

Pros: Very simplistic and fast to setup. I was able to print clean claims quickly with minimal effort. Easy product to use and begin sending claims out.

Cons: Printer alignment tool could use some slight improvements but can get close and have not had any claims rejected as a result.

Overall: Very customizable and easy to use. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who needs this type of software in their practice!

Pros: I particularly like the simplicity of the program. The fields to enter patients information are exactly like the paper forms used. The ease of bringing up a past claim are good too!

Cons: I cant think of anything here. We've been using this program for many many years.

Overall: My overall experience is great. The program is exactly what its name says. SPEEDY! The time it takes to enter the claims and print the forms is very quick and simple to use.

Pros: Speedy Claims is super easy to use! I have been using this program for HCFA1500 forms for over 10 years. I have never had any issues. I have upgraded computers over the years and have always had a very easy transition installing the program into the new system.
Speedy Claims is well worth the investment!!!

Overall: I have used this software weekly for over 10 years. The program works great! Easy set-up. Easy to navigate. Printer friendly. Once the templates are set up (as you like them) entering in the proper information is a breeze!

Pros: Like the name says, this software product is very speedy in creating accurate insurance claims. It is a major time saver for me in that what used to take 30 minutes for second 6 lines/dates of service claims on clients for my services now usually only takes 5 minutes by just changing the dates of service. I mail in paper claims to insurance companies, and this makes the entire process very easy, but I understand I could also use this to set up and file electronic claims.

Cons: The only one I can think of that the software in its current version fails to automatically save its backup files for my created claims into a backup folder upon logging out, which requires my manually going back into it a second time.

Overall: I am extremely satisfied with this insurance claim creation product, having used it within my solo private practice for almost 10 years now. I highly recommend it.

Pros: Matt and Dan are both amazing.............patient, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Use Speedy for several small practices and never an issue that they can't solve. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great program with personalized service.

Cons: No cons for me. I am totally satisfied with Speedy Software and with the assistance provided when needed.

Overall: Great!!!! I have had extremely few issues with Speedy Software and on the rare occasion i do, either Matt or Dan solve them quickly and efficiently. No question goes unanswered and they make sure I totally understand what they have done to help. All my files are accurate and my claims print out perfectly. I manage several small practices and I am confident that the software i use from Speedy is up to date. I have recommended Speedy Software to business associates many times.

Pros: It works really well, easy to use. Very straight forward. I had another program but they went sky high and this program was a life saver. I have a small practice and this works great.

Cons: The only think I don't like is you have to change the date for every code in both places.

Overall: I have had very good results. I am please with this and the cost is reasonable. There are other programs on the market that cost so much more. I am happy with this program.
