Pros: - Easy setup that provides more control than other free sites like Anchor.
- Amazing audio search function inside the player.
- Beautiful webpage for the podcast (though I use a separate service called Podcastpage.io).
- Lots of analytic information, including streams and unique listeners.
- Simple monetization tools at the basic plan level.
- The free tier provides more features than any other free plan I've found.

Cons: - Customer service can be a bit slow, and I found that I'm able to find answers to my issues long before an agent can.

Overall: The platform is great for hosting, and I absolutely love the embedded player. It provides my RSS feed URL without me needing to ask for it, and the audio search feature is mindblowing. I've used Anchor and Red Circle, and while I do enjoy Red Circle for its simplicity, I find Sounder to be far more feature-rich.

Pros: Price is okay but that is about all. I just can't say anything else nice about the company. Just flat out sucks.

Cons: It's unbelievably hard to reach someone. You can't call anyone and the reps are not educated in how the platform works. I am going to end my subscription. They also pay really low for ads.

Overall: Terrible experience, I don't think I will be using them again. Just completely a bad experience. I am still waiting on a representative to contact me.. really sad.
