Pros: The system is extremely user-friendly. We have a very diverse workforce when it comes to age, and we have hardly had any issues with employees not being able to complete their training. We have also been able to streamline our training processes, so everything has become very consistent across the board, thanks to all of our training and development being placed into this system.

Cons: The ILT function does not work well with Microsoft Teams, unfortunately. We are unsure if it is on SkyPrep's side or Microsoft's side, but the integration between the two platform disconnects each time we try and hold a live training session. Fortunately we are still able to use Zoom, however as a company that relies mostly on Teams for communication, this has become a slight headache.

Overall: Overall, our experience with SkyPrep has been great! The customer service we have received from the company itself has been wonderful. They are always quick to respond and provide lots of assistance when needed, especially during the implementation and rollout of the system when we started a few years ago. Great company and great software! Would highly recommend to any smaller-sized business looking to move their training to online.
