Welding Sequence Optimizer is a plugin for Simufact Welding™, it offers a useful digital toolset of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning algorithms that will help you to minimize the inherent welding deformation. WSO includes different algorithms, each of them suitable for a specific stage of the Product Delivery Process (PDP). The idea behind WSO, is a fast configuration (less than 15 minutes) and no human interaction while finding the best sequence. Currently you can change the objective function for a critical region, GD&T or any other Simufact results, like X,Y,Z displacement, Multirobot optimization is also supported.
