Pros: Helps employees in organizations large and small stay connected and network/collaborate across departments. Increases productivity and employee engagement/retention. Good pricing provides value. Very simple set-up and adoption by employees was welcoming. Intuitive user interface and easy set-up. Helpful analytical data.
Cons: Implementation and use so far has gone without a hitch. No negative experiences to report.
Overall: Overall, Simpplr is an excellent software intranet platform that allows organizations of all sizes to engage with and manage their employees more effectively. Eagerly adopted by employees, the platform is easy to implement and requires little maintenance. Customer service is great. Highly recommended.

Pros: It has been a great tool to have and is very sleek and modern making it really easy to use. Simpplr helps remind us of birthdays and anniversaries!
Cons: New updates and features keep everything up to date.
Overall: Simpplr has made it easy to connect with fellow coworkers across the company. From company updates to updates from fellow employees, it makes it less lonely to be working from home during this time.

Pros: It’s so easy to use! Log in with your SSO and you’re ready to go. It’s helpful having a company directory and people profiles especially while working from home.
Cons: I can't think of any cons, it has been so helpful.
Overall: Announcements are front and center and don’t get lost through various channels. It’s a single place to find all the important company news and updates. Everything is in one place and it’s a great way to stay connected to everyone.

Pros: Simpplr is so easy to use and makes it simple to get company-wide news and updates in one place. I am happy.
Cons: I can’t think of any issues. Tool works well for our organization and I am completely satisfied.
Overall: Everyone knows where to find company policies, health benefits and most importantly, the holiday calendar. It’s been great to use to connect across the organization during these times.

Pros: Staying connected and informed is a must for our organization. With Simpplr, even those with less technological skills are able to login and use the platform with no problem.
Cons: Nothing jumps out. I suppose more customized features would help.
Overall: Our company has been able to reduce the amount of daily emails that get sent out to everyone by using Simpplr. Having a centralized location to store important policies, documents and news cuts down on the back and forth between employees.

Pros: All of the Simpplr features make it a wonderful tool to have in our digital workplace. The analytics and search make it easy for our administrators to see how the staff is using Simpplr. We have seen an increase in engagement from employees and creation of more useful and beneficial content.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind at the moment. Simpplr works as expected.
Overall: We didn’t want a large team or a single dedicated person to administer our intranet. With Simpplr, we have a small governance team that needs little training and they’re able to properly utilize and create new content for our workforce
