Pros: None, the experience was terrible, I would have liked to find more information on the Internet about them before hiring them.

Cons: The information they provide is doubtful, not very accurate and the delivery is slow. The most uncomfortable thing is the customer service, they are aggressive, unfriendly and arrogant.

Overall: If you have the opportunity to hire SimplyIntel for your business, don't do it.

During the contracting process, one of our clients (a high-end company) asked them to review the terms and conditions of the contract, the response was "it's simply not worth the resources... we decline to provide you service." When I approached SimplyIntel, their response was to send me a screenshot with a list of payments made by customers and a note saying "they pay more and complain less." Furthermore, this is very serious, since it is not legal to show confidential information to a third party.

If you are a company with the intention of reselling their service, don't do it, they never pay on time, they are rude and will not deliver for your customers.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a supplier.

Pros: The setup was simple and customer service answered all of my questions promptly. The interface is great.

Cons: Some may have fear of the unknown :) So I did a brief trial and was convinced in just a few days that SimplyIntel was a game changer.

Overall: I am now getting dozens of high quality leads that hits my exact vertical market. I connect it with my HubSpot CRM.

Pros: I did a 7 day trial back in July and found a lot of value in SimplyIntel. Switched to a annual plan recently with 1000 monthly credits. Leads are updated/added every 24 hours and almost all of the emails have complete information. We send this information directly into our CRM and our sales team follows up. The feedback I have gotten from my sales team is great.

Cons: Don't really have any cons for SimplyIntel at this time.

Overall: Super happy and I highly recommend it. Their support is very fast as well usually answers me within 20 minutes.

Pros: We love how they can identify the exact person visiting our company website. I think that's a game changer.

Cons: They need some more features but when I asked them they told me they have a lot of things in the works. I would want to be able to integrate this to my entire marketing stack.

Overall: I think its fantastic. Honestly works exactly as promised and I am super happy. We did a 7 day trial and signed up for a full package after just 3 days. The value was obvious.

Pros: Unlike the other tools i tried they actually identify the exact person that is visiting the website which is the biggest attraction i had to try this.

Cons: I contacted all of the 206 leads i got in the first week and every single one of them confirmed they were on my website except for 3. I still think that is super impressive that they can identify all of these people.

Overall: I went into this demo and trial a bit skeptical but i found it easy to use and exactly as advertised. I have already signed an agreement for them for to keep going.
