"BEWARE - Company located in Lithuania, you will have no recourse when they defraud you " Posted 2025-07-18
Pros: NONE AT ALL - absolutely no pros, not in any area, not one good thing about the company or my experience
Cons: Located in Lithuania
Offshore broker that is not reliable and abuses the regulations
Listed on many countries' broker scam/fraud lists
No refunds, tells you they are not responsible for ensuring bitcoin is deliveredOverall: They never delivered bitcoin to my destination wallet and allowed fraudulent purchases on my account. For quite some time, I used this company with no issue, then after they merged with H Finance, beginning in May 2025 they failed to deliver 4 bitcoin purchases to my wallet, each time telling me there is a delay, that the responsibility is not theirs, that all purchases are final. When I reached out to my bank for assistance, the merchant lied and stated that I never reached out to them directly to report bitcoin not delivered (I have the email communications). The company reported that I had "signed" a document agreeing to their terms and conditions before each purchase, this is a flat-out lie! It was an online purchase and there were no boxes to check or sign agreeing to anything. I also notified the company that apparently my account had been compromised as I could no longer even log in and yet they had the nerve to continue to submit multiple additional transactions on my card that I never initiated, approved of, or received. I had to have my bank ban / block the company from attempting to process any more charges on my debit card. The company is located in Lithuania, so as a US citizen, I have no legal recourse. If you are located in a country other than Lithuania, BEWARE, you will have no recourse or help when they rip you off.
