    "Pleasantly surprised - very good support"

    Pros: - support was very direct and reasonably fast, not robotic
    - the VPS performance was great
    - it was easy to sign up
    - they were able to install additional software for me for a small fee

    Cons: - not really a con but initially i didn't really understand the promotion details.

    Overall: Pleasantly surprised, good team, VPS is fast and support is reliable. I was recommended to use them by my designer and to buy the VPS directly from them. They were helpful in coordinating everything, and I found the VPS performance faster than my other web hosting account from a much bigger Singapore company.
