    Pros: Actually simple to use. Great list sorting features and scheduling of texts. Can modify subscription as you expand or contract your marketing.

    Cons: The MMS and SMS send features were confusing at first. Make sure you know what you want to send, if emojis are important you will pay more per message and when the customer replies you wont get the emojis. That sucks because most people text back emojis and you have to log into backend to see them displayed.

    Overall: Great texting platform for growing small to medium businesses!

    Pros: Loved the ease of use and how responsive your customer service team is.

    Cons: receipts are only available in the form of an invoice rather than a pdf "Paid in full." I have to submit these documents to our accounts payable team and they show "invoice" rather than "paid in full." it typically throws accounts payable off.

    Overall: I am well pleased with the overall performance of your tool!
