    Pros: I purchased Azure Key Vault EV Code Signing last month, and I am very satisfied with the services. I was honestly impressed with how trustworthy SignMyCode felt throughout the process. Their support team was patient, clear, and genuinely helpful. Everything was transparent and smooth. You can tell they care about doing things right. Highly recommended!

    Cons: Overall, great experience, but the initial setup took a bit longer than expected. Still, their support guided me through it patiently, which ultimately helped smooth things out.

    Overall: Bought the Azure Key Vault EV Code Signing and had a smooth experience. Their customer support was super supportive and made the process easy to follow. Took a little time to set up, but everything worked out great in the end.

    Pros: We've been using SignMyCode's Code Signing Certificate for 2 Years and no complaints at all. Service is too good, Team is very supportive. Price is also affordable and their resources are very useful!

    Cons: Nothing All are worthy!
    Price increased but the reason is CA/B Guidelines

    "Buyer beware"

    Pros: Online chat support was OK, but they wouldn't provide further help until pushed or when requested - see cons below.

    Cons: Just after receiving my Sectigo code signing certificate, I requested a reissue to change/remove my personal email address. However it never came through. After following up with support, I was informed the only option was to purchase a new certificate due to hardware key requirements and to note the price had increased significantly from $150 to around $600, plus $130 for shipping. Although SignMyCode acknowledge their mistake of not resolving the first request, they refused to provide a replacement certificate and would only offer 10-15% discount on a new order, even though their website was offering a 20% discount at the time! After many chats and emails they agreed to waive all certificate costs except for the shipping fee. Unfortunately, this still meant that my total expense would be nearly double to fix *their* mistake. Beware of promises - they may not deliver - even when they admit they are in the wrong.

    Overall: Disappointing outcome using the chat support, and didn't deliver the certificate updates as they promised.
