Amazon Shipping is a ground parcel-delivery service that opens the Amazon logistics network to businesses, enabling shipment of orders placed via Amazon or other sales channels with reliable 2- to 5-day delivery across most of the U.S. market. It supports eligible pickups seven days a week, offers scheduled loose-load or palletised collections, and allows businesses to purchase and print shipping labels via the Amazon Shipping portal, seller-central Buy Shipping tool, or through third-party ecommerce/carrier platforms leveraging API integrations. The service provides end-to-end tracking, real-time status updates, and proof-of-delivery, including photo or GPS drop-off confirmation where available. Package size and weight eligibility cover shipments up to 50 lbs, and while international shipping is not yet supported from the U.S., Amazon Shipping seamlessly integrates with ecommerce platforms, offering transparent pricing without hidden residential or weekend surcharges.
