"Slow Support and Inability to Provide Service Sold" Posted 2022-04-30
Pros: The idea of it. Otherwise, unfortunately I do not like anything else about SellerChamp's products/services
Cons: In my opinion, the 14 day free trial is a scam. SellerChamp required a paid subscription before they would do anything. In their free trial offer, they state, "you get full access to the product and you get full access to our team" - this is false. In addition, they did not provide the service promised to me. After signing up, it took them more than two months to get my feeds set up. That only occurred after I'd had enough and I requested them to cancel the service (you can not cancel without them providing you a link). I experienced what I would call "bait and switch" tactics. Though they mentioned no limit on SKUs, they required an additional 300 per month for a dedicated server because they claimed I had too many SKUs.
Overall: Overall, I would say the service was subpar. Often delayed and never fixed in one shot. I would not recommend SellerChamp.

"Excellent product with personal support" Posted 2020-01-28
Pros: Talking with the developer and getting him respond to my requests for improvements in how creative and enjoyable the program functioned! The personal interaction I had with him has been incomparable in making the program more accessible for my particular business. This program saves me time and gives a professional appearance to my online listings.
Cons: It doesn't do everything I need, partly because the software was built for businesses that store goods, and I'm just a tiny one-person business. But what is lacking is more than what makes up for what it can do.
Overall: When I needed assistance or the software wasn't functioning in a way I needed, I received personalized help from a developer, and he made changes to the software based on my input! Since when does THAT ever happen! Not like anything else I've ever used, I highly recommend!

"Perfect for sellers with constantly updating items and SKUs!!" Posted 2020-01-03
Pros: Most multi-channel e-commerce systems are designed for businesses with a set number of SKUs and re-order when inventory is low.
SellerChamp is the only solution we find to be able to create listings from using a single UPC.
This is the system for you if you sell unmanifested returns / shelf-pulls / overstock pallets. In the time it would take to list 100 items manually, we can list 1000s of items.
I do hope that they can continue to develop and add more features.Cons: SellerChamp is quite new and there are some occasional failures and mistakes, but Nizar is an amazing guy and support will go the extra mile to ensure that your needs are met.
The characteristics of shipping / performance are very minimal, Shipstation is the only integration.Overall: All in all, SellerChamp is a perfect tool for managing listing / inventory.

"Way faster than using eBay or Amazon's own seller portals" Posted 2019-11-27
Pros: Once I moved out of hobby selling and into getting half truck deliveries I realized that we had a huge problem. The time needed to make listings, or find and edit them was non-linear and frankly bonkers. Scrolling through pages of listing on eBay or even trying to find items past the 100th or so listing became a hot mess. Enter sellerchamp, which I found after an extensive search for platforms that would provide a central listing interface, and automate aspects of the process. The single best thing is semi-automation in their backend, which allows you to rapidly bulk edit listing prices, shipping rules, inventory quantities and more. This alone has been a game changer, allowing us to edit easily while on mobile about 20 times faster. As for the listing process itself, it has a great ability to pull from Ebays catalog and load its own information to make the listing process fast. The listings come with a template I've never seen before which is clean and professional...so at least as long as too many people don't know about it, my listings look pretty pro.
Cons: The backend interface is easy to use but it would be better if it provided more information like # of submitted or synced listings without having to refresh. Also a central dashboard to show total sales accross all platforms would be nice.
Overall: Really a great value for the price, no reason to look elsewhere at this point. Couldn't be happier to have more time and will use it to list more!
