Customer support from Scott Morris and team is amazing and always willing to lead a helping hand.

Cons: We encounter several constraints, such as the rendering time when adding or removing courses from a learning path, especially with multiple objects involved.

Enhancements are needed in the filtering capabilities within the Learning Path.

Course descriptions are subject to character limitations, posing occasional challenges.

Updating lessons may present difficulties.

Overall: Over the span of more than a decade utilizing the system, I've witnessed its continuous evolution and expansion with the introduction of new capabilities, features, and a flexible user interface.

I find great pleasure in utilizing the LMS, both as a front and back-end user. Whether scheduling training sessions, generating orders, or designing courses, learning paths, and certification logic, the platform offers a seamless experience.

Pros: Customer-centric - The customer focus of Seertech is evident in its intuitive design and responsive support team.

Adaptability - One of the standout features of Seertech LMS is its adaptability. We provide learning through different modules, Virtual, Replay, Assessment, Gamification, etc. and it effortlessly adapted to all of them. They recently launched QR code completion for in-person sessions which added huge efficiency for our team and program owners.

Customization: The customization flexibility has helped us tremendously support our Regulatory training requirements (custom reports, Intuitive Learner Interface) and integrate with external resources, digital workplace tools, and applications.

Cons: One of the opportunities for SeerTech is to explore the Analytics and AI technology to help the L&D team build and deliver custom learning experiences.

Overall: Seertech LMS stands out as a versatile, customer-centric, and customizable learning solution. They are experienced and well-versed in providing learning solutions in the regulatory environment.

Pros: Great user experience, very customizable, wonderful support - better than many vendors we've worked with.

Cons: Complex administrator experience, poor integration with Outlook (challenging to share calendar invites with employees enrolling in courses), limited ability to make "mass" or "bulk" updates.

Overall: Overall would recommend Seertech with caveat that administering the platform is complex and there is a steep learning curve.

Cons: Wide range of features and functionality make for a steep learning curve but worth it.

Overall: Great experience working with the Seertech team to set up our very complicated and unique system structure. Still learning and deploying new features. We've pushed the systems functionality to the brink which has caused some pain but the Seertech support team and developers have accommodated our requests whenever possible.

Pros: Seertech is extremely user-friendly and very interactive! As an administrator who uses the system daily, I am immensely satisfied with the features and functionality - I don't think there is anything that Seertech cannot accommodate. I am especially impressed with manager dashboards, which allows for an effective, yet effortless overview of your teams' training status.

Cons: I don't enjoy having to import position user group changes. Our organisation makes regular changes to job titles and job roles, and having to import this is time consuming. It is a very easy process, but with a large number of changes that occur often, this is not enjoyable. But, nonetheless, it is a great system!

Overall: I would highly recommend Seertech LMS to any company looking to streamline, automate and modernise the employee learning journey and experience!
