    "Bad features & Predatory business practise"

    Pros: When you try to export to different journal formats, it looks easy & clean. However, when you look closely, it is utter garbage. The time it takes to fix it will be more than you need to format manually.

    Cons: I tried to ask for a refund after 2 days of usage, but they initially refused it. Afterwards, they took $20 (for a month) and refunded the rest despite the fact that they said cancellation within 14 days will get you a refund. That's straight-out lying.

    Overall: Horrible experience with customer supports & predatory behaviours.
