    "Not family friendly "

    Pros: Nothing.

    Cons: This company refuses to take mailed in tax documentation from parents. Instead they want parents to submit scanned documents but only "their way" which includes a several paragraphs tutorial. I have never scanned information thru want it done. They clearly want to take the burden off themselves and put it on the already overwhelmed and financially limited parents and care givers. Additionally they have clueless support staff (actually I think it's just 1 person) who sounds like she is at the end of an underground tunnel.

    Overall: Would not recommend.
