    "Best experience ever"

    Pros: What I would like to highlight as the best thing about this product is both its efficiency and ease of use, both for users and administrators. It is one of the best solutions I know of for B2B transactions, since it facilitates the interaction between distributors and commercial profiles.

    Cons: If you need specific features or different implementations, the standard product does not work for it, so you need to change into a customised product, which means moving from the standard one and lose weekly updates.

    Overall: It is a great tool for both users and admins. It offers an intuitive environment to have an overview of the products and makes the shopping experience easy and fast. Being an admin is also really easy to manage. The admin interface is so fast to learn. From the Sana side, its specialists guide you through not only the whole implementation process, but after it in order to ensure the success and they are always available for any need or requirement. They have a great platform to place tickets and you get the fastest answer every time you need it. If you are developer, it is very easy to customise the design and implement the desired look and feel, so it allows HTML, CSS and JS injections to be placed anywhere you need it in the website. Also, you can easily build content pages.

    "SCC Is a Good Fit"

    Pros: We transitioned from an older version of Sana to SCC in July of this year. We chose to remain with Sana based on some of the features the software offered, familiarity with the connection between the webstore platform and our ERP system as well as a limited amount of internal support for such a transition. Sana's PM Team & support staff were great throughout the process and we're excited to see this new software continue to evolve and improve over the next few years.

    Cons: So far we don't have many "complaints" so to speak, but we do have a little trouble with the PSP add-on that we use as it relates to Google Analytics and some of the item sales tracking features that we'd like to have at our disposal. This is an area we feel Sana's Dev Team could really look at an improve for their customers.

    Overall: Overall we are happy with the SCC platform and we're grateful for the support provided by Sana during the migration from our old platform to the SCC version. We have seen a significant increase in web traffic since getting through the initial launch period and we've been able to create a really great looking, easy to navigate site that our customers can't help but notice and remark about.

    "The best integration to sell B2B."

    Pros: Easy to integrate with our Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP.
    The SANA team accompanies and advises you throughout the process.
    High browsing speed.
    Easy to administer and manage content.
    The site is responsive and adapts to different devices.
    Our customers are happy with the WEB Portal.
    In the standard model it is constantly updated with new things.

    Cons: Expensive licensing not available to everyone.
    Expensive development costs.
    Licensing costs can increase over time which can be a big problem if you are on a tight budget.

    Overall: Seeing our customers happy is our top priority and with healthy we manage to meet that objective the product is friendly, fast and safe with the user which is reflected in customers more involved in the use of e-commerce.

    "Sana Commerce Cloud - First Impressions"

    Pros: Full integration with ERP.
    Easy to learn and easy to use.
    Powerful features allow for an enjoyable browsing experience.
    Full B2B functionality.

    Cons: Allows for B2C functionality, but does not allow for auto-posting of credit card transactions. If you have any kind of reasonable B2C sales, this becomes an obstacle.

    Another issue has to do with customizations. Customizations should be developed as extensions, thus allowing for automatic updates. Currently if you apply any customizations, you're stuck with that version.

    Overall: The full integration with the ERP means all your data is define in just 1 place. No need to switch back & forth between platforms. Lots of features to address most B2B needs.
