Pros: Nothing positive to say about this company or their product. They promised a service, but never delivered. They offered a refund, but never followed through. Now they’ve stopped replying to messages altogether.

This is a complete scam. Do not trust them with your money.

Cons: This company is a complete scam. We paid upfront, and they blamed us for the lack of delivery on the promised service. Communication was terrible, and the management was even worse. They didn’t deliver what was promised, and when we raised concerns, they made excuses and pointed fingers at us.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this company. They take your money and leave you hanging with no accountability.

Overall: Run from this company like the plague. They promised a service, didn’t deliver, then offered a refund and disappeared. Now they don’t even respond to messages.

Pros: Can't say there were any pros as we were promised a service that was never delivered on. When we reached out regarding getting a refund, we were ignored.

Overall: Paid to do a service and didn't deliver. When we asked for a refund on services not delivered, we were ignored. Total scam.

Pros: Nothing at all. The owner is a scammer, the employees can not do anything on their own and the product literally does not work.

Cons: The owner is a scam artists, the devs don't know what they are doing.
They lie about time lines and executions, but their product is just awful.
Offered us a refund as it was so embarrassingly not working, then ghosted us!

Overall: Great salesman, no execution. Hours of lost time and money, nothing to show for it. They are a scam.

Pros: SaaS Integrator looks great from the outside, their flashy website, but they are very poor at communication and delivery. Payment was upfront and they have failed to deliver anything that remotely achieves the brief.

Cons: This company is a facade. The Director operates under a fake name, and an ASIC search shows no real office—just an apartment in Queensland.

They offered us a refund but never honoured it. Since then, we’ve been completely ghosted by the Director and had to hire another provider to get the job done.

Overall: None. I would strongly advise against doing business with this company or its Director. They are incompetent, and when questioned about their work, they gaslight and blame the client. In my 18 years of business, I have never encountered a company with such a poor attitude toward customers and such abysmal service.

Overall: Great fit for a small to medium business, especially operating with a lean team in retail, wholesale, manufacturing and e-commerce sector.

Their solutions are use-case driven and allow user a lot of flexibility
