    "Great system - makes us money"

    Pros: Easy to use for the employees in the field and also for office users. Support team is fast at getting back to us and always solves any issue the same day.

    Cons: Support team works west coast hours so sometimes early morning questions can't be answered until a bit later in the day.

    Overall: Great service and we are very happy with it. We have recommended this to other companies we work with.
