STRUMIS

Pros: - A comprehensive system covering from Customer engagement through to Erection completion (with a superior Document Management system)

- Easy to use. Follows a logical path through the processes.

- STRUMIS Comes equipped with a very resourceful Linear and Plate Nesting at no extra cost.

- Very attractive license options.

- STRUMIS Integrates with Tekla Structures (Detailing Software), also with several ERP's and HR Management Softwares.

- STRUMIS Reports are second to none. You actually can even edit your own reports to suit your workflow/processes. If you can't, STRUMIS will do it for you. (You can even automate some reports to run and circulate)

- STRUMIS Support is super useful. This is achieved through Email and there's an online portal with all issues etc for reference.

- Others are 'Barcoding', 'Contract budgets, tracking and cost analysis right from Estimation through Prelim to final detailed listing'. 'Material prices management' 'Detailed Items and Inventory module', BIMReview and the availability of 'Production Consoles' at any workstation you chose to use it at.

- Training was done by a team the came in for 2 weeks. Helped set up everything, everything else was done on Remote Desktop session, Emails or on the Support portal.

- eLearning - a new feature introduction to help with Staff edification and improve retention. eLearning allows users to learn within their working license and grades them, even giving them a certificate of good performance.

Cons: Honestly nothing is screaming for attention here, we've grown to formulate our process around STRUMIS. I could update one I have a real issue.

Overall: Awesome, what a run! Before STRUMIS, we had several tiny software's and also used Excel to run things. Reports were an issue, consistency and reliability was never an achievable goal. 10+ years later, can't think of a better way to see actual growth in the users and Management as a whole.
