    "GoSolo.io in our opinion - has no value and its click art "

    Pros: GoSolo.io in our opinion is not ready for prime time - A perfect example but there are so many to be honest - the software is not able to call out solar batteries and demonstrate the its usage as required by Arizona State Law

    Cons: Software "proposal tool if you want to call it that" does not meet Arizona Solar Laws. There were many software bugs, some customers were showing $332,000,000 savings, and others the offset didn't seem to jive with PVWatts and many had to be "redone" by their support team repeatedly. The software is incapable of demonstrating any battery or its offset for demand or even call out properly in the "proposal". When we demonstrated all the issues and that Arizona Solar State Laws require that all accessories including a solar battery are required to be in the proposal by law, and we could not use this tool - After paying $4500 for 45 day use, their management sent us over to credit instead of following the proper cancellation for breach of contract with a demand to pay $15,264.00 I recommend everyone to stay away from this company as they will do anything to have you sign on the bottom line but this is not a proposal tool as the support team just puts pretty graphics in place without demonstrating proper return on investment for the customer. This software is basically in my opinion click art put together into a few screen views. You cannot tell if the customer even looks at the proposal when sent, and the customer is unable to even understand what they are looking at and is confused by what the proposal is showing. The customer has to request for the "proposal" to be sent as a pdf to even "download it". Also, this is $1500 a month and you basically get nothing for it when you have other companies that provide proposals & contracts & DocuSign, & proper solar battery call outs / operations, & a web link for customers to review and sign. Solar Nexus only charges $259 a month and it does it all. When I brought up that I was looking for something to replace Solar Nexus, Brian their rep stated oh yes this will help you do just that and replace your current platform. Folks, we have been installing solar for over 45 years, and in our opinion, we know a scam when we see it. Don't be sold down the river like I was and in my opinion, stay far away from this company. Negative 24 Stars

    Overall: Buggy "Click Art", Zero Value for what it does, does not provide any features to see customers looking at the so-called proposals, and does not have any way to call out hardware properly including solar batteries !!!, and there is zero contract process or design process - Its a pay more now and pay more again. If you talk about the software then management in our opinion are not ethical people after paying 4500 for 45 days of use they will just send you a 15,000 bill through their credit collection company. This software in my opinion is a total joke.
