    Pros: We wish we found Runa earlier. We spent a long time trying to work things through with an alternate vendor and it took more than a year! Getting things setup with Runa was very quick and the team have been supportive all of the way. They have great tech and systems.

    Cons: Nothing. No issues. Everything has worked as intended.

    Overall: We use the Runa solution on a daily basis and we have scaled our business with their help. They have been a great partner and we look forward to much more growth to come.

    Pros: I love how customizable Runa is! Their API makes it easy for our team to implement new gift card offerings to our users in no time!

    Cons: Their support team used to be smaller and a bit more scattered, since their rebrand, they have really improved their support experience!!

    Overall: Highly recommend Runa for all your gift card needs, its a really malleable product that anyone can benefit from.

    Pros: I really like how easy the platform is to use. It is easy to navigate and find what you need to do. Any time I have required assistance, the Customer Support Team have always been really helpful and quick to respond.

    Cons: I have not found any feature as yet that I feels needs improvement

    Pros: You only pay for what you need. There's no subscription requirements. It's simple to use, with a nice clean interface and dashboard.

    Cons: Some other sites refund you the gift card if it's not redeemed - Runa doesn't offer this. However, the other sites require a monthly subscription.

    Overall: Overall we are happy with Runa and have no need for switching to another service. It meets our needs and costs nothing to sign up.

    Pros: They have been an amazing partner. They supported us at every stage of our growth. Their system is easy and very easy to just run with. No hand holding needed.

    Cons: As they are still newer, their catalog is not as big as the legacy players. They have been catching up on this.

    Overall: Amazing partner and very happy with them as a vendor. We are happy to continue growing with them on the different things we are doing together.

    "A very simple and Efficient tool "

    Pros: Runa has proven to be a valuable platform for helping me and my team effectively allocate gift cards for our experts. The convenience it offers is unmatched, allowing us to effortlessly buy and send out gift cards in large quantities since we deal with a lot of expert payments daily.

    Cons: Besides the fact that Amazon gift card is not available in certain European countries. I would say the only other con is the additional fees we get for the transactions. Since we have a lot of payments to process, the fees could accumulate over time.

    Overall: Overall, I would recommend Runa to anyone who's looking to save time and effort in managing payments to experts as it offers an interface that simplifies the entire process.

    Pros: Runa is very easy to use, doesn't require much training. It's great because it offers our customers a variety of retailers to suit their preference.

    Cons: Personalisation of the emails could be improved, some of the templates are very rigid and lack customisation.

    I think the brand identity was better pre-rebrand.

    Overall: Runa proves incredibly user-friendly, demanding minimal training. Its standout feature lies in presenting customers a variety of retailers, catering to diverse preferences. However, email personalisation calls for enhancement; rigid templates lack flexibility. Additionally, it would if the pricing was adjusted to be able to purchase gift cards at a more favorable rate, like buying £50 cards for £40. This would further enhance its appeal.

    Pros: Very easy to navigate and understand, vast array of different retailers to choose from. Customer service section is easy and clear and reporting is simple.

    Cons: When having to either refund or resend and break the link you have to keep going out back to Customer support and entering the information in again. It would be easier to be able to do multiple for the same email address.

    Overall: My experience with Runa is that it is simple to use, seamless and has a variety of retailers which will cover all your needs. Easy to send, cancel and query and support is first class.

    "Runa has saved us a lot of time when paying out giftcards"

    Pros: - Bulk orders. Very quick to use, and saves us a lot of time, as we pay out sometimes 50 gift cards a week.
    - The simple interface (in the dashboard.)
    - Very easy to make the order and pay (even though we have 3 different payment cards in the team).
    - Compared to paying out via amazon manually, saves us plenty of time per day, which is great.

    Cons: - Should be easier to find an old gift card sent. We work with a lot of gift cards, and sometimes need to search to see if we ever sent them out, or if they have been redeemed (if not, we need to get a gift card link). So a new feature that you should have is a search bar where you can search old orders.
    - Bug: happened twice that we accidentally paid recipients more than once, as the site crashed, and then checking orders, turned out we sent gift card links twice.
    - That Amazon is only available in a very select location. We almost only pay out Amazon gift cards, so for European countries it would be great if we could pay out an Amazon gift card via Runa.
    - That now there’s a fee for every transaction. As we process a lot, this adds up. Since we process so much, I believe our fee should be lowered.

    Overall: Overall, happy with Runa. They have some things they can improve (see above), but I like that they have focused on keeping everything simple. The dashboard is super easy and efficient to use.

    Pros: We used Runa to send gift cards to prospects signing up for demo. Runa has a great UI/UX and our prospects received their gift cards in a timely manner.

    Cons: I believe there were some users with certain gift cards in the UK and we had to do it manually

    Pros: There are many types of gift cards, and registration is simple, there is almost no threshold, rich APIs are convenient to embed your website, and the speed of sending cards is also very fast.

    Cons: Unfortunately, some popular gift cards are often out of stock, hoping to increase the supply of popular varieties.

    Overall: The whole process experience is very perfect, which is convenient for our enterprise to expand more business and motivate employees to send gifts. I am willing to use it for a long time, and I will also share it with everyone around me.

    Pros: Runa (WeGift) has a low barrier to entry - simply sign up, and start rewarding. At the same time, it has the capability to provide a complex rewards and recognition portal. The platform has great gifts and they can be sent to people in different countries across the world.

    Cons: I can't think of anything that I disliked about Runa at this time.

    Overall: Overall, I used Runa for sending rewards to employees for participating in quizzes, events, and other things at work. It was easy to use and send gifts to people.

    "My Team Loves Runa"

    Pros: There are so many options on Runa so my whole team feels like it is an incentive they can all push for. I haven't had a single person complain when they receive Runa for good performance.

    Cons: When I submit orders for my team they are usually with varying amounts. I haven't figured out how to do this since the bulk order is for larger quantities than the size of my team. It isn't too big of a hassle for me though. I have had some emails go to spam at times but I have rectified this by sending the recipient the direct link to the Runa award.

    Overall: Overall, I can't complain about Runa at all. It is easy to use and makes my team excited when they get to pick what they want. Other incentives haven't been as well received as Runa has been for my team. I'd recommend it for anyone.

    Pros: We've been using Runa since it was WeGift.

    One of the most best features of Runa is its batch gift card creation functionality. This time-saving feature has eliminated the tedious task of purchasing and sending individual gift cards one by one. Now, we can effortlessly input the email addresses of the recipients, and Runa handles the rest.

    What I also love is the extensive list of retailers it partners with. This vast selection ensures that recipients have the freedom to choose from various stores, enabling them to pick the one that perfectly aligns with their preferences and needs.

    Also, Runa has a quite user-friendly interface. Even team members with limited tech experience find Runa easy to navigate and operate.

    Cons: Noting to mention here. For us it does the job of easy incentive payments for user interviews.

    Overall: Overall, Runa has improved the way we manage incentive payments for our user interviews. The batch gift card creation, wide retailer selection, and user-friendly interface make it a good choice tool for any organization seeking a streamlined and hassle-free incentive payment solution.

    "Go-To Choice for the Business and Customers"

    Pros: The simplicity of the ordering process is the main pro of Runa. Being able to place bulk orders saves loads of time for our staff and means our customers can receive their orders quickly. The API is an excellent feature for this and means we can provide fantastic customer care for our users.

    Cons: If a customer orders a gift card to an alternative email address, we are unable to see the email address linked with the account which makes the process of verifying quite long winded for us. Otherwise, there are no other faults - excellent product!

    Overall: The variety of retailers and currencies is a primary benefit for us as our customers can be based globally. Regional retailers can still fulfil the personalised gift they are looking for. The flexibility of ordering in bulk or singularly is particularly useful for us as it saves a lot of time. The customer service representative for us does an excellent job and we feel very supported whenever we face an issue.

    Pros: The Runa API is super easy to read and implement. We were able to implement Runa in our custom Rewards SaaS solution without issue.

    Cons: It would be nice to have some more gift card options, but there's already A TON of options.

    Overall: Runa is a perfect solution for any company trying to implement gift cards into their own solution. Their API and support team made everything a breeze!

    Pros: Runa's team is responsive and receptive to feature and product feedback. They are constantly updating and expanding their product catalog. They have an easy to use portal to resend gift cards, review funding, and order adhoc gift cards.

    Cons: There has been some turnover on the account management side, but the new AMs are usually pretty quick to get back up to speed. Sometimes their customer-facing support can be a little slow to get resolution, which is not always their fault, but is hard to explain to our customers when something goes wrong.

    Overall: We've loved working with Runa so far and continue to expand our partnership with them. They have a great product that is easy to integrate with and support.

    Pros: Easy to use right from your desk, instant appreciation/reward, can send physical cards if not in a hurry. Great product.

    Cons: Can't think of anything we didn't like. We have had no issues.

    Overall: Great product, easy to use, appreciate being able to track whether the card has been used, easy to replace if lost, they seem to have covered all the bases well.

    Pros: I utilize Runa on a weekly/monthly basis as my company recognizes staff on their yearly work anniversaries. The site is pretty seamless to navigate and I love the versatility of the gift cards that are offered.

    Cons: One con I'd say is that they don't offer any Visa gift cards. Another, is they do not yet have the feature that allows you to order gift cards (in advance) to go out on a specific date. Amazon gives you the option to order gift cards in advance to go out at a later date which was really convenient. I was able to setup gift cards a month in advance.

    Overall: Overall it's a pretty great site if you're looking for a variety of gift cards and a user friendly site.

    Pros: Easy user UI to navigate and manage.
    Quick and efficient to process vouchers to relevant recipients
    Great e-gifting method with a variety of choices in numerous countries.

    Cons: Further analytics would be useful i.e. trends, forecasting etc.

    Overall: Overall, fantastic experience using an evolving platform that simplify's the process of rewarding via e-gifting. Custom experience is super efficient in resolving any user issues also which is fantastic.
