    Pros: Had Rosy for years, customer service is stellar and their emergency line is a HUGE help for after hour support.

    Cons: Perhaps a payroll option would be a great addition.

    Overall: Rosy’s simple platform is easy to use, and has helped my salon a lot with no shows and cancellations.

    Pros: the amount of no- shows literally was cut by 90-95%. Easy to use, many features included. Customer service is top notch!

    Cons: Of course when it's down it's a bummer, however that is very few and far in between.

    Overall: We've been with Rosy for many years and have been super happy to have them!!! So easy to use! Our no shows a almost non existent and we love that the text messages are sent to the customer!

    Pros: Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports.
    Inventory tracking.
    Ease of scheduling.
    Responsive to questions and issues.

    Cons: Error messages when trying to access my calendar, not all the time, but frustrating when it does happen.

    Overall: I have used Rosy Salon Software for eight years and it checks all the boxes for my little salon. I keep track of my inventory, which makes re-ordering a streamlined process. I also utilize lots of the reports to help me measure my growth and set goals.

    Pros: The Innovation with Rosy is bar none. They have continuously upgraded and stayed with the trends of time.

    Cons: Training could be better. Wish there was more of an academy that we could send nee employees to or digitally.

    Overall: I have been a Rosy user for 6 years and they have continuously grown in line with my company goals.
