    Pros: Easy to use.
    Cloud storage backup.
    Great customer support.
    Great pricing.
    Runs on any Windows browser.

    Cons: Not much that we can think of.
    Customer loyalty program can be added for more customer care.

    Overall: We are a small inn with 40 rooms. We have searched around and looked at handful of other hotel pos system that will suit us. Many of the big pos wanted a lot of money with complicated software that was beyond our need. This software is created by a small property owner that knows what these small properties need to operate on a daily basis. It is very easy to use, and if you have a problem just use their 24/7 online chat that you can ask anything you are not sure of, and they will answer you promptly. We will probably be their long term customer.
