    Pros: Easy to install. The software is easy to use and operate. The procedures are logically and well laid out.

    Cons: The claim is that it is a bulletproof way to restore your computer if things go wrong. In my case it failed completely. I had a Lenovo laptop running Windows 8.1. I tried to close the laptop and I got an improper shut down message. The automatic repair procedure in windows could not help. I said aha rollback will help. I restored to another snap shot. It restored the laptop up to the point that I go to the sign in screen. When I signed in I got a blank screen. Repeated attempts with different snap shots produced the same results. I contacted the developer. The recommendation was to uninstall and if that fails fix the MBR or reinstall the OS. I finally fixed the problem with a refresh. Now I have to reinstall all my applications. Thanks a lot!

    Overall: Disappointing. For all the claims of invincibility it just did not do the job for which it was designed. I had to reset my laptop and am now faced to the task of trying to resurrect my computer.
