Bosch RideCare is a connected mobility solution that combines a compact, retrofit sensor box with cloud-based software and machine learning to give fleet operators real-time visibility into key vehicle events and conditions, helping them run fleets more efficiently and improve the customer experience. Installed in about 15 minutes, the GPS-enabled device detects smoking inside the vehicle, external damage impacts, and harsh driving behavior, and securely transmits this data to the Bosch cloud for analysis, with alerts accessible via a browser dashboard, email, or API, so managers can quickly assess incidents and take action.
