Cons: Overall, Resourceinn is an excellent HR software, few interface changes need to be done and I hope they will soon work on that too.

Pros: There design is very good its easy to use and learn for anybody, On priority basis their support towards customers are highly appreciated.

Cons: Sometimes after 3 pm the processing becomes slow.

Overall: Overall experience with Resourceinn is good. It provides better management experience in terms of managing employee data, tracking attendance, processing payroll and generate various reports to help businesses run smoothly. Provides real-time data and analytics that helps to take decisions about our workforce such as, tracking employee performance, identifying skills gaps, and identifying trends in employee turnover.

Pros: A very user friendly system. A very structured system and recommended for basic HR and Payroll modules.

Overall: I found that the implementation process was a bit slow and needs improvement in that part but overall I find it very user friendly and organized system.

Pros: Easy understanding of features and can manage smoothly easy to escalate things and notification can be seen easily.

Cons: I have not seen and cons yet but still the UI/UX can be made better.

1. It is very easy to use and understand; even for a non-tech person as well.
2. The pricing is great for small and medium-level businesses.

Cons: You will often face multiple issues while using this product some of them are attendance not being timely calculated, and differences in actual and calculated work hours. Other than that the support is very lethargic. They really need to up their game in after-sales services a lot.

Overall: Overall, there are many issues that can be addressed in the product which are stoping it from becoming a top-of-the-shelf product at the moment. The product needs a good SQA process to make it better.
