    "RentPost helped us from getting overworked"

    Pros: Since starting it has been extremely difficult to do the online tenant screening. Post covid it was all messed up. One of my friend introduced me to RentPost and it's like godsend. Really like the intuitive UI. Earlier we were overworked due to constant schedules with unqualified tenants

    Cons: Honestly, I can't think of anything noteworthy. So all good

    Overall: We are very happy with RentPost cuz of its 360- degree features. Particularly tenant screening and WO. We were getting unqualified leads and being a small team we weren't able to track them to the fullest. RentPost helped us organize everything

    "Effortless Online Rent Collection"

    Pros: Rent collection was never easy for us, thanks to RentPost, it has become extremely streamlined. It wasn't easy for me to manage WO, followup rent collection for 12 units. Thankfully I have been using RentPost for past 8 months now

    Cons: Support could have been better. I understand their issues but still it seems they're not doing their job correctly. However everything else is smooth

    Overall: Honestly, the experience was so good especially after their makeover. I've been using them for 12 of my units and it's the easiest app I've used so far. 12 units have 20 families each with each different move in dates, its so hard for an old dude to remember them, but fortunately I just setup reminders and streamlined WO.
